  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team, including training and development opportunities.
  • Communication and Reporting: Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders on quality issues and performance metrics.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance roles within the offshore oil and gas industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering quality projects in challenging environments.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement quality management systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of relevant qualifications and certifications, such as IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Accreditation.
