About the Position:

The Task Force Leader will drive and deliver work order material planning improvement, monitoring material booking versus planning at all stages and leading a task force.

We require a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants. The candidate must be technically astute and well-versed with Materials Management.

Apart from possessing strong leadership skills, the candidate should be skilled in Agile / Scrum methodology and change management certification. Fluency in English with both written and verbal communication is also essential.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Drive work order material planning improvement by monitoring material booking versus planning at all stages and leading a task force.
  2. Ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity within the assigned team through Continuous Improvements / Lessons Learned via audit process of achieved works, access solutions, execution methodology processes.
  3. Develop and implement sustainable solutions addressing late preparation monitoring - Work order QA/QC, Stock Vs Criticality lessons learned/ Update stock setting, QA QC path versus documentation approval bottleneck, Master data cleaning due to expired documentation, Valves lead time, including selection technical evaluation to documentation approval/ QAQC, Associated KPIs and agreed milestones/roadmap.
  4. Ensure all project stages are compliant to NOC Standards and Quality, liaise with NOC Materials Lead/Team, Backlog Lead/Team, Procurement Team, Department Leads and Discipline Leads.
  5. Support NOC Contracts Team with Contractual documentation from ITT through to Contract Award if required.
  6. Mentor and coach team members in identified gaps to reach compliance with change management.
  7. Communicate clearly with stakeholders on progress and objectives alignment.
  8. Draft, Review and submit updated or new Discipline documentation to achieve material planning improvement process.
  9. Perform structured gap analysis and identify narrative improvements to align with objectives.
  10. Escalate any required issues to line management and propose solutions.
  11. Participate in meetings with clear knowledge of material management.
  12. Visit offshore sites on project basis to enhance collaboration with final customer (offshore sites).
  13. Report on progress to Materials Lead and BRP Lead of improvements being implemented.
