  • Fleet Management:
    • Develop and execute fleet acquisition strategies based on market demand, client needs, and business growth projections.
    • Regularly evaluate the latest vehicle models and technologies to ensure the fleet is modern, efficient, and aligned with industry trends.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare and present operational reports to the Director, highlighting key performance indicators.
    • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum years of experience in fleet management, logistics, and customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree being an added advantage.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams and diverse sectors.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management, logistics, and customer service principles.
  • Certified in operation management and quality management.
