We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Project Control Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the project within approved risk parameters through effective control measures.

About The Role

You will be responsible for integrating scheduling, cost control, and risk management functions to ensure activities are carefully planned and controlled in terms of time, budget, and scope of work.

  • Scheduling: You will create and maintain project schedules, including planning, tracking, and reporting on progress.
  • Cost Control: You will establish and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that costs are aligned with project objectives.
  • Risk Management: You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the project, working closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesAt Project Initial Phase:
  • Project Control System Setup: You will design and set up the project control system according to project complexity, contract requirements, commercial dossier, risk analysis outcome, and best strategy.
  • Procedure Development: You will establish project control procedures, WBS, Risk and Opportunity Management Plan, Contract Master Schedule, internal Control Budget, and Cash Flow.
  • System Coherence: You will ensure coherence between cost control and scheduling systems.
  • Vendor Management: You will specify project control requirements to subcontractors and vendors to maintain close control of progress, schedule, and performance.
  • Document Control: You will setup Document Control System and coordinate implementation of required information and application systems.
During Project Execution Phase:
  • Status Reporting: You will maintain the Project Control System together with risk analysis, ensuring it works effectively and Project Status is soundly assessed and reported.
  • Progress Measurement: You will ensure timely measurement of progress, consistent and regularly reviewed schedule and cost forecasts, and clearly assessed project performance.
  • Team Leadership: You will direct, coordinate, and supervise the work of the Project Control team, fostering a team spirit and clear understanding of control philosophy and system.
  • Guideline Implementation: You will foster proper implementation of project risk and opportunity management system and company Golden Rules and Silver guidelines.
