About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Insights Analyst to join our Cargo Business Optimization Team in Doha. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing a broad spectrum of business and market data to create and manage ongoing reports and visualizations that inform data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and evaluate challenges and opportunities across different areas of the business.
  • Generate and present information and findings in commercial meetings, providing insights on revenue development, business performance, competitor performance, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain regular reports, visualizations, and documentation to ensure they are up-to-date, error-free, and accessible to relevant users.
  • Assist in managing the forecast process, including data requirements and gathering input from key stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decisions across the organization by monitoring usage of reports and visualizations and communicating the value of data and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and developments in market and business insights, embedding learnings into our processes.
  • Develop tools and processes for enhancing data analysis and insights best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to foster teamwork among team members.
  • Ability to review and understand complex financial and statistical concepts.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferable advanced skills in Tableau or Power BI.
