Easement Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Easement Analyst to join our team at Airswift. As an Easement Analyst, you will be responsible for performing tasks associated with understanding and interpreting easements and the diverse provisions that are in easements.

• Easement Interpretation: Review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats to ensure accurate understanding of easement provisions.
• Database Management: Utilize database experience to manage and analyze easement data.
• Title Expertise: Possess a basic understanding of title and apply this knowledge to easement analysis.
• GIS Experience: Leverage experience with GIS tools, including Google Earth and ArcGIS, to analyze and visualize easement data.
• Midstream/Gathering System Experience: Possess experience working with midstream and gathering systems, including understanding of easement provisions related to these systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Land Manager and other team members to ensure seamless execution of easement analysis tasks.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as land surveying, geography, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in easement analysis, title expertise, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in GIS tools.
