About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Discipline Engineer to join our team at People Dynamics. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Project / BU Onshore Engineering activities and assist project and planning teams in developing project plans.
  • Ensure all engineering deliverables meet overall statement of requirement, industry standards, and client specifications.
  • Support and guide discipline engineers to ensure all engineering interfaces with relevant parties, including partners, clients, 3rd parties, and regulators.
  • Coordinate all disciplines' activities to ensure efficient follow-up on engineering deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in project engineering from leading construction companies.
  • Experience in ORCAFLEX, SACS preferred.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, structural, and SURF systems.
