Amentum is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Control Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts for the repair of USAF vehicle assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process parts orders and complete AFTO Form 2005, DynMRO actions, or other CMMS activities related to part control.
  • Receive and inspect parts for serviceability, quantity, and accuracy.
  • Locate and record parts in storage facilities.
  • Maintain parts in a serviceable condition and record any issues.
  • Reconcile listings with actual holdings and record discrepancies.
  • Assist in compiling data for monthly reports and perform general clerical duties.
  • Retrieve and issue parts on request and ensure compliance with Amentum health and safety instructions.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and intermediate-level English language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in personal computers, Windows Operating System, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and know-how in complex clerical duties.
  • Valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
  • One year of experience working in Supply or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
