The key accountabilities of this role include estimation and tendering, project coordination, compliance and safety, and management and reporting.

  • Estimation and Tendering:
  • Evaluate tenders and enquiries.
  • Liaise with clients to clarify scope, specifications, and standards.
  • Obtain supplier quotations for materials and services.
  • Prepare prime cost estimates for management approval and tender submission.
  • Document deviations from contracted work scope and prepare claims for additional works.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Project delivery and budget management.
  • Client satisfaction and retention.
  • Team performance and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in E&I Estimation Engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
