Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at The Salt Road. As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for crafting signature cocktails and providing excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting Signature Cocktails
    • Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes using premium spirits and ingredients.
    • Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails with precision and attention to detail.
  • Providing Excellent Service
    • Anticipate guests' needs and preferences to create a memorable experience.
    • Engage with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, promoting a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Adhering to Departmental Standards
    • Familiarize yourself with the bar menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.
    • Upsell premium drinks and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Maintaining High-Quality Standards
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

To succeed as a Mixology Expert at Hyatt, you will need:

  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of mixology techniques and principles.
