We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team in Qatar. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading our marine industry projects, ensuring timely completion, and managing resources effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage major projects, ensure performance aligns with drawings, plans, specifications, and budgets.
  • Cost Control: Oversee cost control activities and resource planning.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance and control procedures, conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to industry standards and specifications.
  • Safety Management: Ensure compliance with project HSE policies and industry safety standards, conduct safety briefings, and enforce safety procedures.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Track project budgets and expenditures, optimize resource utilization, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferably MMUP/UPDA Certified).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Marine or Oil & Gas industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills, excellent project management and budgeting skills, ability to manage contracts, approvals, and site execution.
