Job Description

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of multiple projects in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Your primary objective will be to create comprehensive project plans and schedules using MS Project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects to our esteemed clients in Qatar and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project lifecycle for multiple new projects in the MENA region, including creating complete project plans and schedules using MS Project.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to manage accounts and support new business development initiatives.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business challenges, deliver high-quality solutions, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction, including stakeholder management at C-levels.
  • Adhere to Project Management Institute methodology and internal Clariba PM process to ensure detailed tracking and communication of project progress from a task, time, schedule, and cost perspective.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans to enable informed decision-making by all stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate risks and dependencies to the Head of PMO as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in analytics technical development and project management within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence and data analytics principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
