Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
  • Evaluate compliance with relevant regulations and ethics standards.
  • Provide regular procurement reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior procurement role, preferably in FMCG, with fluency in Arabic and experience in Qatar.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of procurement strategies, contract negotiation, and market analysis.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and drive results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement tools and software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
