Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Project Manager to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of offshore construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Your primary focus will be on managing construction activities at offshore platforms, including planning, coordination, and monitoring progress. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about leading high-performing teams and driving project success.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Manage and coordinate construction activities at offshore platforms, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  3. Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  5. Liaise with project teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate communication.
  6. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  7. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum 15 years' experience in offshore oil & gas projects, with at least 10 years' experience in project management.
  3. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  6. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
