Job Overview

We seek an experienced Content Team Lead to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in managing our product catalog, ensuring partner satisfaction, and overseeing onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of content specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for content creation, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the content management process.
  • Foster positive relationships with partners by addressing their concerns, providing support, and ensuring their satisfaction with our platform.
  • Implement strategies to optimize product visibility and enhance user experience on our platform.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Account Managers, addressing any content-related inquiries or concerns.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our platform.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve partner satisfaction and enhance content quality.
  • Establish quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of content across all product listings.
  • Implement measures to continuously improve content quality and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal team/partners to gather product information, and resolve content discrepancies.
  • Identify and flag issues or opportunities for improvement to product teams.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in content management and drive informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content management, preferably in an e-commerce or food delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of product catalog management systems and content management platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
