In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of impactful learning programs, fostering strong client relationships, and spearheading efficient in-country learning operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with country operations and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence within Elev8's training portfolio.
  • Develop and manage robust client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations throughout the learning journey.
  • Lead learning project management initiatives, fostering seamless collaboration and program success.
  • Oversee quarterly and yearly schedules, ensuring timely publication of courses on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Facilitate seamless delivery of classes by coordinating trainer logistics and resolving potential hiccups.
  • Partner with learning coordinators to analyze student engagement, class performance, and overall learning quality & effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely learner records within the LMS.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of learning programs and projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written & spoken).
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development or a relevant domain.
  • Proven track record of managing learning projects and budgets.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and related tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client management and relationship building abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
