About the Role
The IT Channel Sales and Partnerships Lead will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships with our channel partners. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing plans to maximize sales opportunities, build strong relationships, and foster collaboration between Trend Micro and our partner network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our partner ecosystem.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS, CHANNEL ACCOUNT MANAGERS, AND REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS RESULTS.
- Identify and recruit new partners to join the Trend Micro Partner Program, focusing on high-potential organizations that can contribute to our growth objectives.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and execute programs that promote Trend Micro's value proposition, enhance partner engagement, and drive sales conversions.
- PARTICIPATE IN INDUSTRY CONFERENCES, TRADE SHOWS, AND SEMINARS TO STRENGTHEN PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS AND EXPAND OUR REACH.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform our channel sales strategy and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in channel sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong partner relationships, and collaborating across functions to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
