Job Title: Filipino Lady Merchandiser

Rafhealth is seeking a skilled and experienced Filipino Lady Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandising Strategy Development: Plan and execute merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations and company objectives.
  • Product Analysis: Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
  • Collaboration and Negotiation: Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and timescales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
  • Store Layout and Inventory Management: Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
  • Stock Management: Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, etc.
  • Customer and Channel Partner Relationships: Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Industry Best Practices: Remain up to date with industry's best practices.
  • Call Schedule and Store Maintenance: Determine call schedule by reviewing priorities with supervisor; discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.
  • Store Shelf Maintenance: Maintain store shelves by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
  • Call Report and Territory Information: Complete call report by observing display and pricing of competitors' products.
  • Quality Results: Maintain quality results by following and enforcing standards.
  • Reputation Enhancement: Enhance merchandising and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
