Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bioinformatics Specialist to join our team at Sidra Medicine Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large-scale genomic datasets, developing and implementing bioinformatics pipelines, and conducting statistical analyses and interpreting results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing large-scale genomic datasets to identify patterns and trends

Requirements
  • PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field
  • Strong background in bioinformatics and computational data analysis
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Perl
  • Experience with genomic data analysis tools and databases
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent writing skills
