  3. Craft spaces that meet client needs through effective space planning techniques.
  4. Pursue creative design solutions through the design development process.
  5. Develop engaging hand-drawn and sketch designs.
  6. Lead construction design detailing and material selection/recommendation efforts.
  7. Serve as site supervisor, overseeing projects to ensure quality standards are met.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients throughout project presentations and reviews.
  9. Negotiate with regulatory bodies to secure project approvals.
  10. Facilitate coordination between project stakeholders (engineers, environmental specialists, architects, transport professionals).
  11. Maintain accurate cost projections and feasibility studies to inform business decisions.
  12. Prepare compelling client proposals that highlight our unique value proposition.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Urban Planning.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a design office.
  • Familiarity with GCC regulations is crucial.
  • Strong English skills are required; Arabic is beneficial.
  • Current proficiency in design software.
