Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Leadership and Management:
    Direct the planning, development, and implementation of complex IT transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee all phases of the program lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Develop comprehensive program strategies, ensuring clear objectives, deliverables, and KPIs are defined and achieved.
  2. Stakeholder Management:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring effective communication and alignment on program goals. Lead regular stakeholder meetings, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.   6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Qualifications and Experience:
