About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Research Specialist to join our team at lxbfYeaa. In this role, you will work closely with the PI to design and conduct mathematical modeling analyses, interpret results, and disseminate findings through various epidemiologic studies and analyses.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with mathematical modeling epidemiologic study design, coding mathematical models describing HIV and other infections epidemiology, and developing new analytical methods and testing procedures.

  • You will also conduct literature reviews and meta-analyses, perform a variety of mathematical modeling and statistical analyses, and prepare detailed records, logs, and summary reports of all data and analysis charting.
  • In addition, you will contribute to publishing research findings in scientific journals, support presentations at medical/scientific meetings, and prepare drafts of research plans for grant applications.
