Main Responsibilities:

  • Safety Management: Promote and maintain a culture of safety throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the execution of construction activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, guiding and developing construction teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee excellence in all aspects of construction.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget.
  • Closure Preparation: Coordinate the closure preparation of all stages, ensuring seamless transition to the next phase.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze project data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance future project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering and construction.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years' experience in offshore oil & gas projects with at least 5 years' experience as construction/hook-up manager/engineer.
  • Team Environment: Experience in a project team with at least 10 years' experience at a senior level within a large multinational taskforce team environment.
  • EPCIC Stage: Experience in offshore facilities at the EPCIC stage, at the construction yard.
  • Missions: Availability for technical missions worldwide.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Good analytical skills.
  • H2S OPITO & T-BOSIET Trainings: Possession of H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET training certifications.
