Job Description

Accor is seeking a skilled Commis 1 to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation, including food handling and storage
  • Support the culinary team in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food hygiene and safety protocols
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of basic culinary techniques and ingredients
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
  • Basic food hygiene certificates
  • Certificate in culinary arts (preferred)
  • Minimum 6-12 months of experience in a basic culinary position
  • Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and personal grooming
  • Oral proficiency in English
