We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Developer to join our team at ConsenSys. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing smart contracts using Solidity programming language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Smart Contract Development: Design and develop robust and efficient smart contracts using Solidity programming language.
  • Full-Stack Architecture: Create and maintain the full-stack architecture of our layer 2 blockchain solution, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our team of developers and researchers to ensure the successful implementation of the zkEVM project, and collaborate with our ecosystem of partners to enable activation.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and incorporate new features into the project, identifying and troubleshooting issues and bugs in the system, and implementing solutions to improve performance and scalability.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience with Solidity programming language and smart contract development, as well as strong understanding of the Web3 space and ecosystem, blockchain technology, and layer 2 solutions.
  • Full-Stack Development: Strong experience with full-stack development and web3 technologies such as TypeScript, viem, and hardhat.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with zkEVM is a plus.
