Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project scopes of work for tendering purposes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot issues related to project development, design, right-of-way acquisition, construction, and complex development projects.
  • Monitor project progress and quality through regular reports and site visits, ensuring adherence to approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and project teams, facilitating communication and ensuring client needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Utilize project scheduling and control tools to track project plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Prepare and obtain all necessary project closeout documents, including substantial completion letters.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and forecast budgets and timelines, ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget.
  • Generate reports on project progress and results, presenting findings to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in project coordination and management.
  • Proficiency in Primavera software.
  • PMP - Project Management Professional certification.
