About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Contracts and Claims Management to join our team at Airswift. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of commercial strategies to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Commercial Contract Management: Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure the successful delivery of our projects, including the preparation and negotiation of contracts and commercial agreements.
  2. Claims Management: Manage and resolve claims and disputes arising from our projects, ensuring that they are handled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to perform their roles effectively.
  4. Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with our company's strategic objectives, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
  6. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve our commercial processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, law, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 12 years' experience in major and complex projects environment within the oil and gas industry and large LNG Projects, with proven exposure to business and risk management, including project controls, costs, and schedule development, and contract management.
  3. Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills, strong planning, organizational, and prioritizing skills, strong negotiating and influencing skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and good computer literacy skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
