About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at KPMG. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to our clients, working closely with our team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: You will be responsible for completing tasks and deliverables to a good standard as part of client engagements, working to an agreed plan, budget, and quality.
  • Team Supervision: At times, you will assist Managers and Associate Directors to supervise less experienced team members on engagements, reviewing and providing guidance on deliverables.
  • Report Writing and Presentations: You will complete report writing, presentations, and proposal preparation with some guidance, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Client Meetings and Facilitation: You will attend client meetings and learn to facilitate internal/client discussions via seeking and sharing perspectives.
  • Expertise and Knowledge Development: You will develop and start to demonstrate expertise and knowledge of a variety of clients and markets, and awareness of KPMG's service offerings.
  • External Network Development: You will develop an external network and continue to develop knowledge of industry, market trends, competitor activity, and products/services.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Development: You will contribute to the development of case studies, proposals, deliverables, or other valuable engagement knowledge, ensuring that such knowledge is recorded appropriately to enable access and use by others within the firm.
  • Quality and Commercial Awareness: You will execute deliverables to a level that meet member firm's Quality standards within a commercial context.
  • Networking and Professional Development: You will start to establish networks with clients and across relevant professional bodies and associations, and will participate in internal and external professional activities to develop this network.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Resource Development: You will share knowledge with other KPMG colleagues/teams and contribute to the development of knowledge resources.
