Job Description

**Job Title:** Chief Accountant

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Accountant to join our team at Power International Holding. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our accounting function and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the accounting team and ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience, with 5 years of relevant experience in a senior accounting role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Professional qualification in Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
