Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Ability to syndicate stakeholders around digital issues.
  • Broad understanding of HR processes, related concepts, and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruiting, etc.
  • Ability to document requirements in an 'unambiguous' manner.
  • Experience in HR process optimization and change management is a plus.
  • Technical understanding and ability to understand how systems and technology can help solve business problems.
  • Fluent English both spoken and written.
