Job Details
We are seeking a Data-Driven Operations Professional to join our team and help us optimize our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in data-driven decision-making, and a passion for improving operational processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics, collaborating with Core Verticals teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights, and leading projects on operational performance improvement. Additionally, they will analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies, and support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational performance.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in operations and data analysis is required. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, BI tools, and Microsoft PowerPoint is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and collaboration skills are also required.
