Job Summary

PPOAR is seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Experience Creator to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet business objectives
  2. Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for mobile and web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience
  3. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience
  4. Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and applications
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI design, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our design solutions
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
  2. Proven work experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects
  3. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
  4. Excellent understanding of UX principles and their application in design
  5. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design solutions
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
