**Job Summary**

Heman Oil and Gas Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Inspection Engineer to lead our inspection team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive inspection plans for our oil and gas operating facilities.

The ideal candidate will have six years' experience in equipment inspection and assessment, with a strong knowledge of risk-based inspection, corrosion, and damage mechanisms. You will also have hands-on experience in fitness for service and remaining life evaluation of equipment.

We are looking for a professional who is conversant with relevant international codes and specifications, as well as familiar with advanced NDT technologies such as ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), penetrant testing (PT), and radiographic testing (RT).

In this role, you will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and project teams to conduct thorough risk assessments, emphasizing safety, reliability, and environmental considerations. You will also provide technical expertise in assessing equipment integrity, ensuring alignment with project specifications, and maintaining adherence to stringent quality standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in the English language. You will also be computer literate in MS Word and Excel, with knowledge of relevant software tools and specifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive inspection plans for OES projects
  • Coordinate and oversee inspection activities based on risk-based inspection methodology
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project teams to conduct thorough risk assessments
  • Provide technical expertise in assessing equipment integrity
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Six years' experience in equipment inspection and assessment
  • Strong knowledge of risk-based inspection, corrosion, and damage mechanisms
  • Hands-on experience in fitness for service and remaining life evaluation of equipment
  • Conversant with relevant international codes and specifications
  • Familiar with advanced NDT technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel
