Job Details

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a luxury hospitality brand as a Luxury Hospitality Specialist and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a key member of the Food & Beverage Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Responsibilities

  • To oversee the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage Department and maintain high standards of service quality.
  • To work closely with the F&B Manager and Outlet Manager to promote positive work environments and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • To provide exceptional service to guests at all times, following our Standards of Performance.
  • To be flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

You will be required to have a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations (freshers are welcome to apply)

• Passion for excellent service

• Excellent team player

• Excellent communication skills
