**Role Overview**

We are looking for a skilled Reliability Engineer Lead to join our team in Doha/Ras Laffan, Qatar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive RCM program to ensure optimal equipment reliability and maintainability.

This role requires a strong background in maintenance and reliability, with excellent leadership and analytical skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive RCM program to ensure optimal equipment reliability and maintainability.
  2. Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and supply departments to improve equipment reliability and optimize maintenance effectiveness.
  3. Lead the implementation of reporting systems and scorecards to identify 'bad actors' and shortfalls in equipment and system performance.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs to Qatari national graduates in reliability analysis tools and techniques.
**Requirements**
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  2. Total 8-10 years relevant experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry, with a strong preference for extensive LNG and maintenance/operations experience.
  3. 5 years' experience in RCM (preferred).
  4. Sound knowledge of risk and reliability management systems.
  5. Experience in failure mode and effect analysis and solid understanding of failure mechanisms.
  6. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve engineering problems independently.
  7. Effective communication and ability to write technical reports.
  8. Speaks and writes fluent English.
