Key Responsibilities

As a Project Engineering Expert at Energy Jobline, you will be responsible for performing mechanical engineering activities for Projects Engineering. This is a key role that requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in project management.

You will support the Division in ensuring that all activities comply with standardized processes and are delivered to the highest standards.

  • Perform mechanical engineering activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, project specifications, and approved variations.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve engineering issues and communicate with the Project Execution Team.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to Projects Management Department in consultation with the Head of Projects Engineering Support and other team members.
  • Collaborate with external organizations and entities appointed representatives to ensure engineering design meets company expectations.
  • Evaluate complex tasks and provide recommendations to management on issues.
  • Familiarize yourself with all Project Philosophies and Procedures and apply them to the specification, design, and procurement of piping items.
  • Maintain compliance with QG systems and processes including the Company Project Management System and prepare plans and work schedules for project completion.
  • Provide guidance to the FEED, EPC Contractor(s), and all 3rd Party Services throughout project phases.
  • Support other engineers in complex analyses and assignments.
