SupportFinity is a hospitality company that focuses on delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Front Office to join our team.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk at the hotel. This includes ensuring compliance with brand standards and corporate strategies, as well as meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations.
  2. Ensure adherence to brand standards and corporate strategies.
  3. Maintain high levels of employee, guest, and owner satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  2. A minimum of 2 years' experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
  3. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  4. Well-developed communication and customer relations skills are necessary.
  5. Schedule flexibility and ability to multitask are required.
  6. Preferably residing in Qatar, with support of transfer.
  7. Proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
