Front Office Supervisor

SupportFinity is a hospitality company that focuses on delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Front Office to join our team.
The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk at the hotel. This includes ensuring compliance with brand standards and corporate strategies, as well as meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
Responsibilities- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and corporate strategies.
- Maintain high levels of employee, guest, and owner satisfaction.
- Ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
- Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Well-developed communication and customer relations skills are necessary.
- Schedule flexibility and ability to multitask are required.
- Preferably residing in Qatar, with support of transfer.
- Proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
