Housekeeping Supervisor

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of Housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional guest service and high-quality room preparation
  • Conducting regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain hotel standards
  • Managing and training staff to meet performance expectations and maintain a positive work environment
  • Coordinating deep cleaning projects and maintaining equipment to ensure efficient operations
  • Providing excellent guest service, including VIP and special requests
  • Ensuring adherence to hotel brand standards and company policies

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
