About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Mobile Sales Manager to join our team at Red Castle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a mobile sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a sales strategy to increase mobile channel revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to propose new mobile products and features that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement promotions and campaigns to target mobile customers and increase sales.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and mobile usage data to inform sales strategy and optimise customer experience.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in E-Commerce Sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through mobile sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of airline distribution, revenue management principles, and mobility solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Logical thinking and creative problem-solving ability, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
