About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join our team at Al Futtaim Group. As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for leading the sales floor team and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in sales floor replenishment and planning of daily staff activities
  • Delegate staff duties on a daily basis and ensure rotation among duties and tasks
  • Assist with staff training and monitor staff performance and attendance
  • Assist the Department Manager in opening or closing the store and assist with the cash count and action close of day on system
  • Provide excellent customer service and advise customers on products
  • Maintain the store to a high standard and follow operating procedures
  • Provide customers with an enjoyable shopping experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience
  • Previous experience in supervisory level
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
  • Familiarity with computer use and good presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team and pride in achieving individual targets
  • Flexibility and punctuality
