General Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Process Management: Assist in executing recruitment plans in accordance with company policy.
  2. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  3. Interview Status Updates: Follow up on the interview process status.
  4. Position Filling: Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  5. Candidate Shortlisting: Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  6. Candidate Sourcing: Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  7. Candidate Communication: Establish rapport with managers and employees to source new candidate leads.
  8. Applicant Evaluation: Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any stream (MBA Preferred).
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field – Core HR Recruiter with GCC Experience.
