Embryology Specialist

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in biology, biotechnology, or a related science, and at least 4 years of work experience in an equine clinical laboratory performing IVF/ICSI. They will also possess excellent communication skills, including a proficient level of spoken and written English, and basic computer skills.

• Collaborate with veterinarians to provide high-quality reproductive services.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure optimal laboratory conditions.
• Design and execute training programs for laboratory staff.
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and facilities to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
• Analyze data and develop recommendations for process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biotechnology, or related sciences.
• Proven knowledge on embryology and assisted reproductive technologies.
• At least 4 years of work experience in an equine clinical laboratory performing IVF/ICSI.
• Excellent communication skills, including proficient level of spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with software for record keeping and data management.
