About the Role

This position is a key part of our Loss Prevention organization, providing support to our operations and ensuring compliance with our Safety Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company and international standards.
  • Conduct field inspections and reviews to identify safety concerns and develop corrective actions.
  • Participate in safety studies and activities, including risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • Provide technical assistance and advice during emergency situations and incidents.
  • Support the reporting and investigation of incidents, and make recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Deliver training and mentoring to employees and contractors on loss prevention and safety practices.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • 7 years of experience in operations, maintenance, plant engineering, construction, turnaround, and inspection, or equivalent experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise written reports.
