The Technical Director will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction to our project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT and OT integration projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams
  • Liaise with clients, managers, and project stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and targets
  • Report project progress to senior management and stakeholders
  • Maintain high-quality development, design, and implementation standards
  • Inspire teams to deliver results in tight timelines
  • Conduct effective technical communications and presentations to stakeholders and senior management
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks
Key Qualifications
  • Possess strong leadership and technical skills to manage complex IT and OT integration
  • At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role and served as technical architect in multiple projects
  • Proven track record of large-scale systems integration project experience with multiple sub-system teams
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to present well in project meetings and senior management updates
  • Able to work independently and make decisions in a complex environment
  • Experience with software deployment, IT, OT, network, and cybersecurity system integration
  • Understanding of system safety and workplace safety protocols
  • High attention to detail and quality assurance
