Caliberly is a leading company in the industry, seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our accounting team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing cost accounting systems to track and analyze manufacturing costs.
  • Collaboration with production and operations teams is essential to ensure accurate cost allocations.
  • The Finance Manager will establish and maintain internal controls that comply with business needs.
  • Key responsibilities include working with all functions to develop and implement key business processes and appropriate controls.
  • The candidate will also coordinate and own the budget process (actual vs. budget analysis).
  • A monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial ratios; manage the preparation and consolidation of the monthly financial statements.
  • Additionally, the Finance Manager will manage the audit and prepare the audit report with external corporate auditors.
  • Maintenance of general ledger accounts in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles is crucial.
  • Managing all aspects of the tax reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate regulatory filings.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required to monitor raw material costs by job order and map bill of materials (BOM) objectives in line with managing the daily cash position, cash forecast, cash flow, and working capital reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years' experience in a factory setting, with expertise in the wardrobe, kitchen, fit-out, and joinery sectors in the GCC.
  • Preferably Jordanian candidates.
