Sia Partners in Qatar is looking for a senior consultant with a design thinking background.

We are seeking an experienced professional who has worked on design-centric projects and can manage senior stakeholder relationships to form innovative end results.

The role will require engagement across all stages of the design process, from ideation to integrating solutions into seamless customer experiences.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Advocating service design and collaborating with teams to create products and services that deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Engaging in design projects from understanding users' experiences, identifying gaps, and developing solutions for optimal user experience.
  • Participating in the delivery of projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Establishing relationships and liaising with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-9 years of relevant work experience working collaboratively across engineering, product management, and user research teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in service design, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven designs and experience of launched services implemented in the real world.
  • Deep expertise in design thinking/human-centered design.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience within a relevant service design discipline (systems design, business design, industrial design, graphic design, interaction design).
  • Ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity.
  • A dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment.
  • Experience working in a Scrum-based production process.
  • Experience defining or working with a design system.
  • High proficiency in verbal and written Arabic is desirable.
