Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University
  • Relevant experience in pre and post contract commercial processes
  • Strong administration and QA/QC reviewing skills
  • Knowledge of local market conditions
  • At least 15 years of experience in pre and post contract commercial management
  • MRICS membership
  • Previous experience working on FIDIC Contracts

You will also need to have strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A minimum of 3 years' experience working in the Middle East is required, with a strong understanding of the local business culture and customs.
