Fleet Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fleet Sales Executive to join our team at Al Abdulghani Motors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing our existing fleet client base, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities and open new fleet accounts to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Fleet Client Management: Maintain and serve our existing fleet client base, ensuring their vehicle requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Process: Responsible for the complete sales process, from prospecting and enquiry generation to quote submission, negotiation, deal closing, invoicing, and documentation formalities.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve consistently set sales targets on a monthly basis, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Internal Collaboration: Interact with key internal departments, including Finance, Product Planning, and After Sales, to ensure seamless sales processes and effective communication.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the fleet sales industry, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
