You will also be responsible for coordinating with the operations control centre, monitoring staff attendance, and submitting documents to the operations administration team. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating information related to alerts, notices, and memos to the department staff, supporting department leadership to prepare reports for internal meetings, and raising store requisitions to request materials from QACC stores. You will also be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of all office equipment and performing inventory of office and shop floor tools.

As an Operations Support Assistant II, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple tasks at once, and interact with internal and external high-level position personnel. You will be required to have a professional manner, be detail-oriented, and possess strong follow-up skills.
