About the Job

The successful candidate will provide conceptual, basic, FEED, and detailed engineering & design expertise related to Process Piping associated with modification and restoration of existing facilities ranging from minor field works to small & medium-sized capital projects in Petroleum and Natural gas related industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Process Piping designs for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal disciplines to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare site survey reports to inform project planning and execution.
  • Review and approve vendor drawings and documents to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain piping designs, including plot plans, conceptual piping studies, equipment layouts, and piping general arrangement drawings.
  • Prepare and check isometrics, vessel trim drawings, vessel clip drawings, and nozzle orientation drawings.
  • Develop and maintain piping material take-off (MTO) and pipe support MTO.
  • Coordinate with internal disciplines to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in design & detailed engineering related to Process Piping for Oil & Gas (onshore & offshore) facilities.
  • Proven experience in offshore Greenfield & Brownfield projects.
  • Good knowledge in design reviews of Piping drawings submitted by Vendors / contractors.
  • Good written & oral communication skills of English language.
